Our entire staff here at New Beginnings welcomes the opportunity of working with you and your children. We are truly thankful that God has blessed us with such a powerful and life changing ministry as that which comes to us through our Academy. I cannot stress to you enough the importance we place on this school as an outreach ministry of our church. In the tenth chapter of Mark we find a compelling story of Christ's ministry to children and I have taken it to heart."One day some parents brought their children to Jesus, so he could touch and bless them. But the disciples scolded the parents for bothering him. When Jesus saw what was happening, he was angry with his disciples. He said to them, 'Let the children come to me. Don't stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to those who are like these children. I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn't receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.' Then he took the children in his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them." Our vision for NBCA is to minister to every area of need presented by the children in our care; Spiritual, academic and physical. In Jeremiah 29:11 the Bible tells us that God knows us individually and that He has designed us for a purpose. It is our desire to help our students "tune in" to God's guidance and begin to walk in His plan for their lives. Our Doctrine of Faith at New Beginnings Christian Center is in accordance with the guidelines laid down by our parent organization, the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. You can find and read it online, and we encourage you to please do so. Every person involved in this ministry, whether faculty, staff, volunteers, or parents, should clearly understand our beliefs and the sort of care which the children here will be experiencing. One thing that you can definitely be sure of is this: We will care for each child in our Academy the same way we would want our own children to be cared for, and will do our very best, with God's help, to "train them up in the way that they should go so that when they are old they will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6) Thank you all for your prayerful support and your partnership in this ministry.
